International patients can begin by contacting Estetik International remotely and sharing their treatment goals, relevant medical history, photographs or documents when requested. After arriving in Istanbul, patients with applicable packages may be collected by private transfer and taken to their hotel or the clinic. The doctor confirms the treatment plan before the procedure. After surgery or treatment, patients are monitored by the medical team and receive instructions covering medications, wound or treatment-site care, activity restrictions and follow-up.

Estetik International Istanbul is located in the **Quasar Istanbul complex on Büyükdere Caddesi in Şişli–Mecidiyeköy**, on Istanbul's European side. The clinic is within walking distance of **Mecidiyeköy station**, which provides access to the **M2 and M7 metro lines**, as well as Metrobus and city bus services. The clinic does not operate its own patient car park; paid parking is available in the surrounding area. **Istanbul Airport (IST)** is generally the more convenient of Istanbul's two major airports for this location because both the airport and clinic are on the European side.
