The terms on which you may use this website. In short: it is an information and comparison service, not a medical provider; you decide, with a surgeon who has examined you, what is right for you.

This website is operated by the operator identified on the Legal Notice page. It is a research and comparison platform about plastic and cosmetic surgery abroad. It publishes information about procedures, destinations, clinics and surgeons, collects and compares indicative prices, and, when you ask, forwards your enquiry to a clinic.
The operator is not a hospital, clinic, doctor or medical agency. It does not perform, arrange, supervise or take responsibility for any medical treatment. It does not sell surgery, take payment for surgery or act as a party to any agreement between you and a clinic.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The consultation form and live chat may be used only by people aged 18 or over.
Everything on this site is general information. It is reviewed for accuracy by qualified clinicians as described in the Editorial and Medical Review Policy, but it is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis and it is not a recommendation that any procedure is suitable for you. Whether a procedure is appropriate can only be decided by a qualified surgeon who has examined you and knows your history. The Medical Disclaimer sets this out in full.
Prices shown on the site are indicative ranges collected from clinics and verified periodically; the date of the last verification is shown next to them. Prices in other countries shown for comparison are estimates built from published sources and are labelled as such. None of them is a quotation. Your final price is set by the clinic after a consultation and may differ. We do not guarantee that any price shown will be honoured by any clinic.
Clinic and surgeon profiles are based on information from the providers themselves, from public registers and from our own verification, described on the page about how we verify clinics. A verified mark means the checks described there were passed on the date shown. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of outcome or a guarantee of safety, and it does not mean we have inspected the premises or observed the surgeon operate.
Any agreement for treatment is between you and the clinic. The clinic is responsible for the care it provides, for the information it gives you, and for complying with the law of the country in which it operates. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any clinic or surgeon.
When you submit a consultation request or use the chat, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You agree that we may forward it to a clinic only when you have asked us to. You must not use these channels to describe a medical emergency; if you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

The text, structure, design, data compilations and images on this site belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and database rights. You may read, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs written permission.
The site links to clinics, professional bodies, regulators and sources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content, features or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed in substance.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on the site, from any treatment you obtain from a clinic or surgeon found through the site, from any price difference between an indicative range and a clinic's quotation, or from any interruption to the site. The site is provided as it is and as available.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is established, as stated on the Legal Notice page, and disputes are subject to the courts of that country. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which they live.
