Start here: is this the right procedure for your situation?
An eyelash transplant is most justified where lashes have been lost to burns, trauma, eyelid surgery or scarring, cases where nothing else restores hair to the lid margin and the lifelong maintenance is a reasonable trade for something genuinely lost. For cosmetic fullness in someone whose lashes are present but sparse, bimatoprost eye drops or extensions do the job without surgery or a permanent upkeep obligation.
A clinic that does not raise these non-surgical options first, for a patient whose lashes are simply thin rather than absent, is not giving a balanced account of what is available. Establishing which category genuinely applies to you is worth doing before any price is compared.
It is worth being honest with yourself about which of these two situations you are actually in before the consultation even happens. Lash loss that follows a specific event, a burn, an eyelid operation, a period of chemotherapy that did not fully reverse, or a scarring skin condition, is a different starting point from simply wishing your lashes were fuller than they have always been. The first is addressing a loss; the second is pursuing an enhancement, and the calculus around a lifelong maintenance commitment and a small risk to the eye looks very different depending on which one applies to you.
