Start here: what does your own health system provide?
Before any conversation about private cost, it is worth confirming what your own health system already offers, since outer ear reconstruction, where the cause is cancer, trauma or burns, is treatment of disease or injury rather than cosmetic surgery, and is funded accordingly in most developed health systems. Prosthetic ears on implants are also funded in many systems.
Where cancer is the cause, a funded pathway typically includes the ongoing skin surveillance that matters as much as the reconstruction itself, which a single privately arranged operation abroad does not easily replicate. Confirming your specific entitlement is worth doing before comparing any private price.
Where trauma is the cause, for example a torn earlobe, a bite or an injury from an accident, emergency repair at the time of injury is also usually funded, and it is worth asking your treating team whether a later refinement of that initial repair would also be covered, since many systems treat a staged plan as a single episode of care rather than as separate, newly chargeable procedures each time.
